Please do two things: pay and register.

Entries must be received before October 1, 2008 in order to qualify for reduced pre-registration fee.

Pay in one of two ways:
(1) By check (please make checks payable to "Foliage Five" and mail to director at address below)	(2) Click here to pay by PayPal (if you have an existing PayPal account)
Register in one of two ways:
(1) Fill out the form on the Registration Page, print the page, sign it, and mail it.	(2) Fill out the form on the Registration Page and send it to the Director using the "send" button on that page.

Registration will also be available the day of the race from 8:30 a.m. until 9:30 a.m. Fee $20 (after October 1, 2008). Save by pre-registering!
